The Topical Benefits of
Organic Apple Cider Vinegar
Do you suffer from acne problems? Does your skin break out on a regular basis? If
so, you've probably tried many of the over the counter acne treatments and some of you may have even tried the
prescription strength products. For some of you relief came in a bottle,
for others relief came in a jar. For a lot of you, you may have sought relief, but it never came at all. Despite
the multitude of skin products that you purchased you still continued to see pimples, blackheads and other forms of
acne on your face or other parts of your body.
Treating acne is big business and it can cost you quite a bit of money, especially
if you are on one of those plans that automatically debits your credit card and ships the product to you every two
months.
Fortunately, there are a lot of natural clear skin remedies that you may have
heard of that can be found in your home and won't cost you any additional money. One of those items I am very happy
to say works wonders for me. That product is organic apple cider vinegar.
There are lots of testimonials from people about the benefits of drinking apple
cider vinegar, but it never crossed my mind to use it topically until one day a pimple appeared on my face. I had
vaguely heard that you could rub it on your skin, so I dabbed a cotton ball with the organic apple cider vinegar
and rub it gently over the pimple. As luck would have it, instead of having to squeeze my skin and cause more
trauma to the area, the organic apple cider vinegar helped to get rid of the pimple. When I woke up the next
morning, my skin was 100 times improved.
Instead of spending a fortune on the various acne treatment systems on the market,
a $3 - $4 bottle of organic apple cider can be used and it lasts a very long time, not to mention...it's all
natural. This may not work for everyone, but it definitely works for me. Now, whenever I see a breakout coming on,
I pour some organic apple cider vinegar on a cottonball and gently rub it over the area. I usually do this at night
time before I go to sleep and when I wake, I usually see a major improvement. The beautiful part is that you
can purchase oraganic apple cider vinegar at your local grocery and use it to spot treat breakouts as soon as you
feel them coming on.
Disclaimer: This is only an opinion and may not work for everyone. In some cases
if you rub an area too hard you may cause damage and irritation to your skin. Proceed at your own
risk.
